▪ Supervise and manage all Human Resources and Administration functions. ▪ Direct and guide Administration and Human Resources Management and ensure that policies and procedures are in line with the law. ▪ Coordinate the allocation and effective use of human and material resources in the organization to meet overall organizational objectives. ▪ Conduct HR analysis to determine the requirements and utilization of human resources at the organization level. ▪ Conduct staff performance appraisals. ▪ Arrange meetings for the Board of Directors in consultation with the Country Director ▪ Formulate and develop policies for attracting, retaining, and motivating employees to higher performance levels through the development of innovative renumeration and reward packages. ▪ Develop and implement staff disciplinary grievance procedures and policies in line with the labour laws. ▪ Maintain an up-to-date staff database. ▪ Preform such other official duties as may be required from time to time
Academic Qualifications and Experience
▪ Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or its equivalent from a recognized University, plus at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role ▪ Knowledge of performance measurement systems will be a must.
